Notice of St Cross Annual Parish Meeting 28th April 2005

Business and pleasure - Annual meeting and faith supper

The annual meeting of the parish will be on Thursday 28th April at 8 p.m. in the Parish Rooms. It is open to all those whose names are on the Electoral Roll. If you would like to add your name to the Roll, please speak to Eric Smith, the Electoral Roll Officer, the church wardens or the PCC Secretary. (via the Vicar or Churchwarden)

The first part of the meeting is the election of the church wardens. The meeting then considers the account of the work of the Parochial Church Council and the general activities of the church in the parish. The election of members to the PCC and to the Deanery Synod then takes place, followed by the appointment of the sidesmen. The Vicar then gives her Report.

This meeting is your opportunity to hear and comment on the activities of the parish. The Annual Report and Accounts 2004 of the PCC will be available prior to the meeting and a booklet with information from all parish organisations is being put together. The evening concludes with a Bring and Share Faith supper.
