All change in the new year

Times of services will be changing with effect from the beginning of February 2005

IMPORTANT NOTICE
CHANGE!

Over the last couple of months we have looked into the possibility of changing the time of the services on Sunday. This was for two reasons:

When we have a special service or occasion, we have had to change the time of the service. This causes confusion and news of the change does not always reach people in time

Young families in particular struggle with the early hour of the main service

In February next year (2005) the times of the Sunday Services will be as follows:

9.00am Said Eucharist
10.00am Sung Eucharist
(informal family service on the 1st Sunday of the month)
6.30pm Evening worship

A reminder will appear on the weekly sheet nearer the time.

For some the change will be a blessing, for others it will mean adjusting to another routine.
We will all, however, regulars, as well as new-comers, benefit from no longer having to change the time of the main service for our special occasions and celebrations.

It is part of our mission to make the church as accessible as possible and hopefully these new times create new opportunities for our church community to reach out to others.
